Clear Coat Gun Setting. When using my Tekna Copper I use a 1.3mm tip, full fluid, full fan, 22psi at the gauge, 75% overlap and about 5 inches away from the panel. For the second coat I might tighten up the overlap to put more material on and have it lay smoother.
