Here’s a little demo of how I work on myself with lymphatic drainage and trauma to the tissue. Over the week I was caught up in that crazy hail storm at the red rock amphitheater in Colorado. There was hail almost as big as tennis balls at times so I was pelted quite a bit and have a number of bruises all over my arms, legs and back. Luckily, I happen to be a massage therapist who specializes in lymphatic drainage so I thought it would be fun to demo how I treat my own trauma. Enjoy! #slc #saltl
