Lemon balm infused lemonade 🍋 4 lemons wash well.1/4 cup or less of dried lemon balm. 1/2 cup honey or sweetener of choice2/3 boiling water 3 cups cold waterFirst peel the rind from lemons avoiding the pith as much as possible. Add to heat proof jar. I used old spaghetti jar lol. Add lemon balm and honey. Pour the 2/3 boiling water in and mash all ingredients for a few minutes and then over to steep for at least 15 mins. The longer the better. Next juice the 4 lemons and add the 3 cups of cold
