Pinning the trigger to the rear does far more than disrupt your shot at speed, it changes the predictive nature of the gun by freezing it in an up position and preventing the gun from returning to its original location. While I was only using minimal grip pressure here for both examples, it clearly shows the effects pinning the trigger has to your performance. This technique should never be introduced to beginner shooters. Teach them the proper way to interact with their trigger day one. @sigsau
