Jax update! We are 5 weeks post final heartworm treatment injections and he seems to be feeling really good! One more week of chill and then I’ll let him off lead to play a bit…I can’t wait to watch him enjoy doing all the dog things! We also did the @embarkvet breed and health test and discovered that Jax is at an increased risk of developing a disease called NCL. If you google it it sounds horrible, and I’m pretty sure it is horrible, but the disease varies based on breed and onset in pitbulls
