In my Power Yoga classes I often create a sequence and teach a “Set Up” Round and then “The Flow” round(s). The Set Up round is where we move slow with an emphasis on alignment and helps to build strength through longer holds. The Flow round(s) is where we move with one breath and one movement and by pick up the pace we elevate the heart rate.
