2019年9月13日 · Yes I definitely think you're right - I left it for a few hours and the xbox beta successfully downloaded however it won't start. I think because I'm missing all the services as you point out! I've started the download for them, my PC is connected directly to my router with a speed of 1Gbps so my speed is fine, definitely a store issue.
