I wanted something that I could stand in without hitting my head, something light enough to pull with my 4-cylinder car, something small enough that would fit in my garage (because I did not want to pay to store it somewhere), and something that was durable.

There is an update to this thread - I got a good look at the camper and the only thing salvageable is the frame. It has been stored in the guy's "back 80" (twice as far from anything as the back 40).

If you need extra support, and I think I did, you might consider adding a strip under the exterior frame. My OSB base had some damage under the door frame -- looks like the aluminum flashing got bent and allowed water in.
