2007年12月13日 · When I painted the cabinets and mismatched tool boxes in my garage I took a drawer from a Snap On tool box I bought new in 1973 to Home Depot and had them do a computer color match from the unfaded bottom side of a drawer. I did use latex as I was painting wood cabinets, but it worked well on the old tool boxes and metal file cabinets.

I am looking for a source to buy low poundage gas struts. Anyone have any idea what poundage struts I need. I want ones in the 14" extended range.

2010年1月13日 · I just got off the phone with Mac 1-800 number and they said detents are no longer available. Need to replace slides at a cost of $21 per slide or $42 per drawer. All of my detents need replacing so 30 drawers later it will cost me $1250 to repair my Mac tool box. They didn't bat an eye when they told me either.

2006年12月3日 · I am fortunate to have a bunch of 1937 tool books with prices and ilustrations but unfortunate to have sold most of my old tool boxes, and really miss the little Snap On that i used for a pit box for stock car racing, just had a few parts and couple wrenches for minor adjustments, cleaned and painted it and it was real nice had it in the side box on the ramp truck
