Jul 5, 2021 · Well, I went ahead and got a certified high speed 8K 2.1 cable and that seemed to solve the problem. The message appeared to come from the tv but it was hard to tell. It's the cable that runs from the cable box to the tv. Seems the requirements were higher than the old tv.

I don't see technicolour or Arris marked anywhere on the box either. I guess the question should actually be, what do I need to do to mount the cable box behind the TV & have it function? I did a little internet research & it sounds like I would need an infrared extender cable. Perhaps I should contact Telus & inquire about the Android box.

It only came with one ethernet cable. The problem is my app doesnt respond after i connect the 1st booster, and locate the booster in my wifi network and add password. I can never move forward, the app is stuck. I tried rebooting my router, boosters, restarted my cell phone, uninstalled Telus app and reinstalled, nothing works.
