2017年6月19日 · As much as I love the idea (and having that option for) loading my favorite sci-fi fantasy ships into my favorite space sim and exploring around with them, I'm quite a genuine fan of the Russian-style SE ships. They feel a bit more serious and go a bit more by the submarine style ship model that I feel more space games should implement.

2018年5月16日 · Modded Mass Effect (all releases), heavily modded Skyrim, heavily modded Crysis (all releases) recognizably modified Warhammer 40k Dawn of War Soulstorm... yeah, I like to stretch my games. And yes - Space Engine (although I've uninstalled version .98 for memory purposes - I'm just waiting for .99 to come out).

I saw a cool presentation at IAC yesterday of a VR space simulation platform (doing things like walking around on Martian surface, assembling a rover, moving around a space station).

2018年3月17日 · I'm finding strange ones every so often. Mods will improve that. Land polygon popping is still visible when entering the atmosphere. You can see the square fans zipping out to cover the surface for a few seconds. Needs a better fade mechanism, like Space Engine, the popping is very minimal. Clouds pop in with no fade either. Doesn't look natural.

SE stuttering and laggy but all other games smooth
2019年7月24日 · MS Flight simulator is smooth as silk at Ultra graphics levels and all other games are smoother than they have ever been. SE however is the exception. Now SE runs dog slow and stutters even at the slowest speeds and resolutions. Framerate is in the toilet and even running on Potato graphics its unusable. What may be different now?
