I've had both machines running and checked to make sure the printing & label properties are identical. Can anyone shed some light on this as it's driving me mad! Thanks ...

2023年3月7日 · Hi Karen, I am Dave, I will help you with this. The only native method that Microsoft provide in Windows to print labels is if you have Microsoft Office with Word and Excel, the addresses are saved to Excel and then imported into Word with Mail Merge.
