2023年8月15日 · My catch gets all jacked up when I use straps, likely a mobility issue. I do power cleans almost exclusively with straps >80% never had any issues. I like it for increased power output compared to same weight with overhand or hook grip and for comfortability. I loop them once for single reps and twice for more than that.
