Jun 4, 2023 · My outlook email does not download content on IPhone My emails come through my Iphone but I can not download anything from the emails. After going through 6 kinds of fixes through an Apple tech, they decided it is a problem with the App.

However, if you're not using POP account, your email account are able to sync to all the devices you set up. You can re-add your account to your Outlook, your email should be expected to be in your mailbox and won't get lost just for logging out.
