2023年3月4日 · UPDATE: ok so at the 3 month mark I noticed a change. I stopped using rosemary oil in tandem, assuming the Nutrafol was working, for 2-3 weeks. During this time I was on vacation so also forgot to take Nutrafol for almost a week. When I came back my shedding was back to its previous state so one of those 2 things was definitely helping.

Saying “it’s just vitamins so it’s a scam” is a bit silly. Perhaps you are deficient in said vitamins, Nutrafol will fill that in. Plus some of the ingredients such as Ashwaghanda have been well studied and shown to have benefits of their own (in the case of Ashwaghanda, an increase in testosterone in men for example)

2020年3月3日 · Nutrafol is just a multivitamin with a focus on certain ingredients. I found a much cheaper and similar product at my local grocery store. Maybe also look into a daily probiotic for gut health because an unhealthy digestive system can have a big hand to play in hair loss and dry skin/itchy scalp.

Considering the fact I’m on like 4-5 different medications to promote hair growth after having dormant follicles from chronic TE and alopecia areata, it’s hard to really gauge if Nutrafol has made any huge contribution but my dermatologist recommended it for “hair health” so I just take it for hair health lol .
