2019年8月26日 · Connecting up the voltage pins may be easier than I suspected - I've just dug out a damaged Switch motherboard and the four voltage pins all connect to one large trace and, most importantly, there's a test point just above the USB-C connector's mounting points where you could run a trace to for the topmost pads.

2024年11月26日 · Using a 3.1 gen 2 usb c to usb c does indeed the switch to directly power and display from plugging into the monitor, assuming the monitor is powered by itself into the wall. This is actually a pretty ideal setup because you only need two cables and don't even need an hdmi cable or the dock.
