We are using the following tools; Science Logic, Splunk and New Relic but certainly your response should not focus on these monitor tools but those that your company uses. How to create new VM from existing vm in datastore on ESXI
Now create a new folder (NewVM) in the data store. After creating the new folder, open the VM folder that you want to copy. Create Copy of Existing Virtual Machine in ESXi Server. Paste the copied files to the newVM folder. After finishing copying the files, right-click the VMX file and click add to inventory. Now, new dialog box appears.

2017年12月8日 · You'll want to do it in the BIOS, but you may need to go into ESXi and mount the new configuration (I don't know how to do this), or reboot the machine so ESXi sees the new drive and mounts it automatically. I added drives to my Dell servers in the past and if I remember correctly, once the raid config was setup, vCenter saw them no problem.
