I am using a Surface pro 4. The tip of the pen no longer works. It was working before the last automated windows update about a week ago. The top button works and opens one note fine. The pen tip does not respond to any app. I replaced battery, removed it from the Bluetooth list and paired it back up, did the windows updates. These did not fix it.

I have had issues with the Surface Pro 4 pen not writing but the buttons and the eraser still work. I also realized the zoom in and out with my fingers on the screen did not always work. This is probably key to why my fix worked and the others did not. Background on the Pen. The pen works with two different technologies.
