2022年3月1日 · I agree. Have been ordering from them for awhile and zero issues...UNTIL this summer. STILL waiting on a 5-disc vinyl order that i placed on July 1. Have written to them several times, and get the same response each time - the supplier has confirmed my order and will send it out shortly...blah blah blah. They refuse to give me a refund.

2023年4月15日 · Yeah so idk about merchbar but sentenialvinyl definitely does this bullshit. They charge you for a record they don’t have, claiming it’s backstocked which, in reality, they aren’t getting their hands on rare/out of circuit vinyls (and selling them for OG retail price) and basically keep your money hoping you forget abt it.

2022年8月9日 · They took my money over a month ago. Responded to my support inquiry about the order I filed 3 weeks later with basically "we'll get back to you". It's been over 5 weeks now since I placed the order. Still no vinyl record I ordered. No shipping update. And, they took my money from my credit card immediately upon purchase.

2023年10月30日 · I ordered a vinyl from MerchBar back in July, which says In Stock on their website, and still does today, but they wont ship it. I have messaged them several times, and i get the same canned response that says sorry for the delay, and that's it.

2022年6月23日 · I cancelled, and to their credit, they immediately refunded my money. I looked and noticed the vinyl I ordered was in back order. My bad. Fast forward two weeks ago - those SAME 2 VINYL were listed as “in stock”, so I ordered them once more, thinking that since they were in stock, maybe Merchbar would expeditiously send my fking order… nope.

2022年11月17日 · I also bought a fair amount of vinyl, arrived properly.packaged and with no issues. Didnt have to pay customs so far for any of my orders. I would recommend from my perspective. Edit: forgot to mention an important thing for me: i only buy things that are sold by merchbar itself, so mo third party sellers. Maybe it makes a difference.
