This way if you need to replace the device they can RMA it. Could be any number of issues, cpu utilisation causing it to fail and reboot, hardware issues, code/firmware issue etc etc

When the APN was rejected, we added back, but rejected again, and so on forever. We tried to set the APN with using a mobile, also through the Meraki Dashboard, but did not work.

On running a few packet captures from the MX84 on the LAN interface, I can see traffic between one of the non-functional phones and the external IP of the VoIP provider, including some outgoing only SIP packets-no responses coming back in.
