With Malfeans, particularly the Neverborn, they have whatever stats your plot needs them to have. I think the “best” information can be found in Doomslayers and even that’s pretty vague. I’ve never used them in my games, but my head canon puts the Neverborn right around Exalted Malfeans and the Onceborn on par with the Antediluvians from VtM.
