Starting at the same time, when not plugged in, the battery icon shows that it is plugged in but not charging. The battery does charge when plugged in to the working usb c port.

The Apple online store sells 0.5m, 1m, and 2m sizes. But there is a bigger issue -- that keyboard appears to be for use with Apple Silicon Macs [only].
