Which Map Card for Lowrance HDS Units - In-Depth Outdoors
2018年7月8日 · I haven’t promoted anything to the Community Edits for the things I have mapped, just stored on my HDS. i just turn my wifi on in my hds 12 and I connect with an iPhone 7 plus. I keep my phone plugged into power as it will drain the battery pretty quick. It draws the new contours out on my mobile app and my hds 12 as well.

2020年5月7日 · I run a HDS 9 Gen 3 in my boat and love it. It has a pretty good sidescan and downscan. I haven’t felt the need to upgrade it yet to the Lowrance Live. The HDS Live units are upgraded to provide a better image. There isn’t enough of a difference IMO to pay the difference.

2021年9月18日 · I tried that and it didn’t work. Lowrance customer service is closed today. Took it to a boat dealer. They tried to update the software and it won’t even read the sd card. He said he would guess unit is shot and lowrance will say I need a new unit. I guess that’s what I get for buying a used unit.

2020年2月15日 · I had 3 amp fuses for years with an HDS 9 Gen 3 and an HDS 8 Gen 2, no issues. I put 5 amp fuses in my new boat when I installed the graphs, but I actually have a couple 3 amp fuses set aside to swap out the next time I’m in the boat.
