Just like wire specs but a one holer to take a loupe of my choice to fit snugly over my left eye. When I need to use my specs I just swing the loupe frame up to sit on my forehead.

Feb 15, 2019 · Search MAGNIFICATION here and it will turn up numerous threads. It seems to be a matter of preference and i prefer a Donegan visor with a loupe for clock work. I wear glasses so I use a clip on loupe for watch/pivot work. Find the amount that works for your eyes (10x for my watch work) and I also have some 30x for up close look at pivots.

One , I think is a 16S size and it says Fairfax watch company on the case and also on the movement. Also says Swiss on the cover and movement. I wound it 3 times and it started running. It looks very clean under a 20X loupe.

I keep it on a neck strap. Its good for spotting 14k or other symbols. I also have magnet tied to strap as well. 15x loupe. This is my work horse.
