2020年2月10日 · Took the old engine out and put a new engine in just a couple of months ago, all with the boat sitting in it's berth and the boom used as a crane. Used a chain hoist for lifting and a small lever block for tilting and shifting the engine as required to maneuver it through the companion way and engine bay.

Use deck screws to assemble, and it can easily be disassembled. Back the boat under it, attach the cum-a-long to the block and lift her out. Pull the boat forward, and lower the block to work on it.
