步骤4Measure 2.5 oz. of cookie dough, roll it into a ball and place it on a prepared cookie sheet. We use a piece of parchment paper on the cookie sheet.

步骤6Using the indentation as a starting point, press the cookie dough out into a tart-like shape. The goal is to slightly build up a lip on the cookie dough to hold the lemon curd.
