Seems there is rare information about the Azure Kinect DK integration with Teams, the Kinect DK give a unique camera vision and speech models, it combines an advanced depth sensor and spatial microphone array with a video camera and orientation sensor which should be works with Teams input audio and video device.

Yeah, reading into it a bit more, it seems they simply removed the Kinect dedicated port on the Xbox One console rather than removing the ability to use it.
