I had the same bumper on mine, and I changed mine out over a year ago, and just can't remember for sure. The OEM steel front bumpers (with the removeable end caps) that come on most Rubicons do allow for a winch installation.

2024年2月6日 · I'm looking at putting a Rough Country bumper on my 2023 Rubicon and then a WARN winch. The RC bumper weighs 125 lbs and the winch is 65 lbs for a total of 190 lbs. That seems like a lot to put on the front of the Jeep. I don't know what OEM bumper is going to be on my Rubicon but I'll find out in a few days when I go pick it up.

If you are interested in keeping the winch out of the grill's airflow, here is another option for just $50 more than the referenced winch plate alone. At the following link, it is a light weight bumper and winch plate combination. Also a picture as it sits on my rig.

It was a 20 minute installation and it was rock solid. The next winch went on a 2015 JK Sahara with the Mopar steel bumper. It required a separate Mopar winch plate and adapter.
