2017年6月23日 · The 430N had never had any updates done. It is my belief that you have to upgrade to each version of gupdate.gcd (5.11, 5.19 & 7.11) in order successfully, power cycle or reboot the 430N after each update and then you can update your map. It is also my belief that you must format the thumb drive EVERY time you write an update to it.

2017年11月4日 · Start the Jeep, and insert the USB back into the radio with this Map disk they sent in there, with these two new downloaded files on it in the GARMIN folder. Radio read files for about 10 minutes, then asked me if I wanted to update maps, which obviously I did. Update took about 25 more minutes of idling in the driveway (35 minutes total).

Uconnect created a case and told me to take it to dealer but don’t want to go that route yet. Watched it today and update got to 44% before failing - anyone else notice how far it gets before stopping? Currently at 39.5 too.
