Start off by using a new cable and see if that makes a difference. It's possible that the plug on the cable is worn out. If a new cable doesn't help, you may have to replace the charging port. Take a look at the teardown and see if that is something you are comfortable with. you will have to solder a new connector to the board.

When I plug it to charge it doesnt seem to charge and when I try to sync it to the garmin express the computer doesnt find the watch. I checkd the connector and out of the 4 pins, the one on the far left of the shot is sunkd in while the other 3 are sticking out and can be pushed in.

I sorry I should have been more clearer. That was my fault. The watch is only 24 hours out of the box put in on charge until it fully charged. Unplugged charging cable battery indicator showed full charge( 5 bars ). Not even 5 minutes later the battery symbol was empty nobbars showing. But no low battery warning.
