2023年12月11日 · We have a soft close rev-a-shelf garbage drawer ( https://rev-a-shelf.com/16700) that seems to have stopped soft closing after a year and a half of working fine. It's under warranty, and rev-a-shelf says there's no mechanism for enabling/disabling the soft close on this unit so we would need someone to come replace it.
