Now I have a screen 2560x1080 and the other games works fine without breaks, but with fallout 4 i have I've got an Alienware 15 R2 (970 but i run it with external 1070 through the amplifier) with exactly the same specs. Alienware 34 2560x1080 monitor exactly the same problem 11-12fps. Used to be OK before i have downloaded some updates Edit:

So it should be: bTopMostWindow=1 bMaximizeWindow=1 bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=0 iSize H=1080 iSize W=2560 Otherwise this solution works perfectly
