Free shipping has tanked my orders - Etsy
2019年7月19日 · Yep! I changed all my items to free shipping and orders tanked as well as visits. I will wait until mid August to see if the boosting in my rankings that is supposed to start on July 31 does anything to help. My gut feeling is it won't.
ETSY shows orders STATUS as DELIVERED immediately
2021年10月6日 · I recently had to a customer who placed two orders and paid two shipping fees. I had put both items in the same mailer and told her I would refund the shipping cost on the second order. It took me a few days to get to updating the order with the tracking number and the items had already been delivered to her.

Star Seller dashboard saying missing tracking #'s but All of my
I was having a similar problem. This is the response I got from Etsy... "The star seller dashboard updates daily. For tracking, if a tracking number was added, it will only be valid once there is a tracking event that is showing on Etsy. Once the tracking events show already it will be reflected on the star seller dashboard after 24 hours."

Etsy Punishing My Shop For Being Successful
2021年3月9日 · It’s my livelihood. Etsy shouldn’tjust decide to pause a shop that has done nothing wrong. I have been paused 3 times and each time cleared my orders. Letting the bots loose on our shops like this is devastating. My other shop has over 45,000 sales and the same thing happened. Of course we have a lot of open orders Etsy, we’re a top seller.

2021年4月14日 · Last week my son used one of his cards to order from a regular supplier he orders from all the time, was a large order, and his bank wouldn't clear it till they contacted him and he approved it. Had a friend same thing happened to as her bank contacted her before they would approve an order she had placed on line.
