6 天之前 · In Word, I go to Print and then I click on Printer Properties. I make sure that "paper type" is Envelope. At "Document Size" there is a drop down and I choose Envelope #10, but then in the little window next to "Document Size" it says: "Envelope #10 (4 1/8 x 9 1/2) ->Letter. I don't know why there is this last part with the ->Letter.

However, it doesn't matter whether I set the feed at one margin (and hand guide the envelope). The result is the same offset. My printer is a Canon MX870 that has been printing fine for years.

2016年11月21日 · Word 2016 does not recognize the rear tray envelope feeder on my Epson WP-4530. This was not an issue with my earlier Word versions (my last installed version was 2010). Any solutions? Now, using MS Word 2016 doing the same thing, the print on the envelope is off.
