Fuel pump is electric Carter P4070. Fan is electric that I had on hand, will fit on the radiator nicely. Ignition switch is Painless wiring universal switch.

Or just cut the relay out and go with a switch, and keep a spare available if/when it fails. - I believe your '78, and definitely your '80, used an ignition relay and balance resistor. Likely not an issue going with a simplified ignition system.
