Mower won't start, flashing orange light.
I have a LM2133 21-inch mower, less than a year old. It has worked fine, but suddenly today won't start in spite of repeated attempts. When I attempt to start it, I get a green light on the mower and the sound of the motor starting for just a fraction of a second, then dead quiet and flashing orange light.

The flashing orange/red battery would mean the battery is experiencing low voltage. We would recommend fully charging it, as well as holding down the power button for 4 seconds in order to reset it before inserting it back into the Lawn Mower.

LM2120SP won't start. Indicator briefly solid green then flashes orange.
The mower won't start. Not overheated. Battery fully charged. LED headlights work and the self-propelled function moves the mower (indicator light stays solid green) so I know the handle is getting power. Been on hold with Customer Service for an hour. Took the blade off and cleaned all around the underneath. Any other troubleshooting steps?
