Here's the First Diesel Freight Demonstrator Unit. GM 103 sits in the Roberts Train shed on a rainy April day. A different view of the locomotive than others Ive seen on the site, plus they got the cab lights on! I like the scheme on this better than the ones the current demo units wear. 8 unit's on today's NS 111 also with EMDX 103 8th out.

Interestingly, N&W steam locomotive Class J #611, also present at Spencer, and to be restored to operating condition over the next several months, is 11 years younger than FT #103!
