2019年8月8日 · To decrease (or increase) confusion, the chronologic order for the games splits after Drakengard 1. Either Drakengard 2 happens after it, or NieR + NieR: Automata. I very much agree with the timeloop theory, my personal thoughts are that the city appearing in Drakengard 3 is the result of the ark from ending D in Automata.

2023年1月4日 · He did actually plan to remake 1 like 10 years ago, but the idea was scrapped and Drakengard 3 was made instead, then he wrote one ending of his remake idea and released it as a story instead (Drakengard 1.3). Which admittedly is badass and would work great as a game if they somehow got infinite funds and time.
