Blowpipe with addy darts and dragon darts for jad make it a breeze. IF you insist on using bolts go for diamond (e), the ability to negate def bonus with the special attack give them a good advantage. Some people take ruby bolts (e) with the blood effect. It can work great against jad but the HP trade off can be negative for your tanking ability.
