2019年12月19日 · FWIW the layout mentioned in the first reply matches the d12 from my 2016 Q Workshop "Classic RPG Dice Set". This d12 has equal "high" and "low" numbers centered on (and including) the 3 and 10, which seems somehow a subjectively nice arrangement to me.
