In the future, you can also re-enable any of the windows (color wheel, layers, history, or tools) by using the buttons in the very upper right-hand corner of the PDN window. 2008年12月2日 · It basically draws a HSV color wheel, centered in the current selection's bounding rectangle. The saturation and value are set on the disk's boundary and center. They're linearly interpolated on the disk. The starting values can be set outside the [0, 1] range. The interpolated values are clamped.

After applying the effect, I changed the PrimaryColor in the 'Colors' window from blue to red. Then I again called (restart) this effect, but the Color Wheel still had a blue color.
