2010年5月5日 · So it's a bit of a hassle to do that in between cases and we have a fairly large amount of technical/IT issues with the system itself, the intranet in the hospital and syncronization between the different systems. It was pretty poorly thought out that we have like 4 different charting methods that don't talk to each other here in the Army.

2011年7月27日 · I've used Cerner, Epic, and Meditech. Meditech is incredibly bad, and the fact that it is still considered acceptable to use this kind of interface in 2018 is pathetic. The only good thing about it is that i can enter orders incredibly fast compared with Epic or Cerner. I generally use Cerner the most these days.

2016年6月10日 · Charting etiquette is importing. As for EPIC, it is much better than others, and I have used Epic since 2007. I have customized my notes, short cuts and preference lists for orders so it is easy for me, whether in clinic, the wards or ICU.

Knowing how the government works, the last 15 years of case data in the Innovian database will be deleted and lost, or at least functionally impossible to access for any data mining, QA, or PI projects.
