2016年7月25日 · I bought a "Safari" brand safe 4.5 years ago. This safe is made by the Cannon safe company. Unit has an electronic lock that has functioned without problems in the past. This morning tried to open it and got a low battery signal. Funny I replaced batteries with new Duracells about 6 months ago.

2011年11月3日 · I have a Cannon brand safe with an S & G dial combination lock. It’s 15 years old and every once and a while it’s hard to turn the dial. I’m sure it needs to be lubricated, but with what? Is regular gun oil OK, or should I use something like graphite used for door locks?

Locksmith I hired to open the cannon safe (yea the lock broke with it lock) told me electronic locks where now a big part of his work. Said buy a S&G dial lock and never worry about it failing. You get what you pay for. A well made safe is a good investment to protect your firearms.
