2023年2月6日 · I like my titanium backpacking cookware, but I'm really only boiling water in my pot so it doesn't need to have great "cooking" properties. The light weight is much appreciated when you're on a difficult 5 or 7 day trip. I'm not a member of the ultralight cult, but the older I get the more every little bit of weight counts.

2021年12月18日 · I don't generally spend the extra for titanium, except cookware. I'm rough on that stuff. It's held up well, and for small pieces like a long handled spork it's not that much. My Stanley is probably 10 years old and in great shape. As nice as the Bushpot is, the handle retention is getting worn out and it can get banged up easier.

2023年9月18日 · I primarily use stainless steel cook ware over a campfire or twig stove. I only use my Trangia 27 aluminum cook-set over an alcohol or gas canister stove. Although stainless steel cookware is more durable than aluminum, cooking or boiling water over a modest flame or coals should be okay with either metal.
