There's no reason you couldn't raise a company spec or (if it's brief) even add a note to the drawing saying that dimension in the descriped bubble are to be 100% inspected etc. Some of the refs Swertel gave on the critical characteristic thread may point you in the right direction too.

The other is a positioner, commonly used for control valves, which 'indicates' an actuator, attached to the motor/pump. To me, the positioner indicates that the speed control is pneumatic somehow, even if only an electrical line is drawn to it.

The bubble leak testing method would be much less sensitive at 1 x 10E-02 std cm3/sec. and the hydrotest leak sensitivity would be even less at 1 x 10E-01 std cm3/sec.
