If you have the usual 30 lb propane tanks, I would expect to use nearly one a day and I doubt if the interior will be as much as 70 if its -30 outside. The walls of an RV are too think to have any reasonable amount of insulation, plus there are numerous windows and skylights.

My current RV (Jayco Eagle) has a water line issue that pass through the floor and runs under the slide and back up into the bathroom so this RV will not survive a winter with any water in the line. I?ve already had a near total freeze up at mere 30-31*F going to the bathroom.

Strangely, other than a month I had to spend in Ohio for medical tests October 15 - November 15, the two coldest places I have ever stayed in were Death Valley and Las Vegas!
