It is a fast Pokemon that is much better than Pikachu and can easily destroy Blastoise. Next is Gyarados as it is one of the best Water types in the game. Charizard of course. The first thing you gotta keep in mind is that in Gens 1,2 and 3, physical and special moves were divided based on typing rather then the individual moves.
