Avery Template 5160 Labels Not Printing Correctly From Word
Aug 21, 2018 · I've tried using both the Avery template and the Word label option with the same result. My printer is Xerox Phaser 7800 and everything is up to date. I do commercial printing on it all the time with no issues. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to view/print the PDFs.

Feb 24, 2015 · In the Label Options dialog, set the Label Vendors dropdown to Avery US Letter. Then scroll the Product Number list. Note: this list is in "alpha" order even though the entries are numbers. That means the four-digit numbers that start with 5 come after the five-digit numbers that start with 4. Click on the 5160 line in the list, and click OK.
MS Word 2010 and comparable Avery label Templates
Jul 21, 2012 · I have ms office 2010 & I am trying to print labels for Avery label nbrs 5195, 5160, 5161, 5162,& 5267. None of these show up in the label templates available in MS Word 2010, so I need to know what templates are comparable, so I am not wasting time and money to print labels.

I DO know how to make a whole page of one same label and cannot quite figure out how they are done differently. Thanks!

When you use this definition, Word's internal programming tells it to ignore the margin settings that would otherwise cause the message you had to deal with.

Jul 30, 2014 · In the Label Options dialog, for "Label vendor," select "Avery US Letter." In the "Product number" box, scroll down to 5520. Note that the numbers are sorted alphabetically rather than numerically, so you have to go down past all the 1s (even five-digit ones), 2s, 3s, and 4s to get to the 5s. Click OK to select the 5520 label.

Dec 11, 2015 · Mailings -> labels -> options and select label vendors as Avery A4/A5 and product number 5160 it depicts a page size of 11.22"x12" Well, 11.22 would certainly have room for 4 across. But, my actual paper size is closer to letter with room for only 3 across.
