1944 D wheat penny missing the I in liberty. How much is it worth?
2015年1月19日 · I was searching through eBay again today and found a 1944 d wheat penny. I was searching for a d over s but instead I found a coin that was missing the I in LIBERTY. There is also what looks like a I on the B. Maybe it got stamped In the wrong place? I have no idea about this coin or its value all input will be appreciated.

2012年1月31日 · If it had a D (Denver) mint mark with that D printed over an S, it could be worth a substantial amount of money. But those are rare. Yours is probably worth less than 10 cents, depending on condition

2021年4月2日 · All close or far AM cents are in the 90's and 2000's as stated by some of the other users. The reason it doesn't have a D stamp is because it is from the Philadelphia mint. D is for Denver and no mint mark is generally from Philly, aside from the super uber rare Missing S from the San Fran Mint.

2012年6月13日 · I tried my 1943 steel penny on the magnet and it has a stronger attraction that the 1944 one and the 1944 one is very shiny compared to the 1943 one. I have no idea what I have, if anything. Any idea why it is so shiny, magnetic and has copper marks? If it didn't have magnetic attraction I would guess it was a fake from what I have been reading.

2011年8月11日 · LINCOLN D PENNY that is missing the 4th digit on the date as well as the word "TRUST" and the letter "I" in Liberty on the obverse and the "E" in E Pluribus Unum on the reverse. The penny was likely struck on a (worn or) grease filled die at the mint?
