2015年8月11日 · We do 'chicken melts' with canned chicken sometimes (I think Maple Leaf brand - the chunks, not flakes). Mix it with mayo, garlic powder, and chopped green onions, scoop onto English muffin halves, top with cheddar cheese and broil until melted. The idea of chicken in a can squicks me out in general but I like it a lot this way.

It's quite a neat little streamlined process. The only difference when I get a Costco chicken, is that I don't need to use a plate to put it on.

2024年12月15日 · The chicken breast you buy in a package of three tend to be really ginormous, particularly compared to a fryer chicken. I have made the pioneer woman's chicken spaghetti with two of those breasts shredded and it was ample enough for me-in fact, most of the time I use 1 1/2 and don't feel like that we were cheated of chicken.

2023年11月28日 · Pound out a chicken boob or cut one in half, pan fry or grill that bad boy with salt & pepper, get either a ciabatta roll or some nice sourdough slices and use the spread on both sides, add the cooked chicken/turkey and some sort of white melty cheese.. gouda/provolone/gruyere maybe?? Sounds pretty good to me lol.
